Witchcraft in Acadie: The 17th century trial of Jean Campagnard
The 17th century trial of an Acadian woman, whose accusers would later end up in Pointe Sainte-Anne, is the focus of historian Stephanie Pettigrew’s presentation in the York Sunbury Historical Society speaker series.
This FREE event takes place at 7 pm on Thursday, January 16 at Government House, 51 Woodstock Road, Fredericton. All are welcome and refreshments will be served.
